For Student Leaders Only
This is STRICTLY for high school + college student leaders who look confident…
but feel shaky inside, and want to lead without freezing up.
A simple, done-with-you leadership system that helps students take brave action even if self-doubt is loud,
fear feels uncomfortable, and confidence
still feels "fake" right now.

IMAGINE THIS
Student leaders stop treating fear like a stop sign and start treating it like a growth signal.
The quiet ones raise a hand, share an idea, and feel proud after.
Big goals stop living in notebooks and start turning into real steps.
Hard conversations happen sooner, cleaner, and with less drama.
Confidence starts building because action is finally happening, even when it feels messy.
Leadership stops feeling heavy and starts feeling exciting.
This is what leadership can look like when students have a system, not just motivation.

THE SHIFT
What's Been Happening…
Trying to "get confident" first, then take action later
Waiting until fear goes away (it usually doesn't)
Avoiding tough conversations and hoping problems disappear
Getting stuck in overthinking, procrastination, and pressure
Feeling alone in leadership because nobody talks about the internal battle
What A³ Makes Possible…
Fear shows up… and students still take the next step
A clear 3-part system for handling nerves, doubt, and hesitation
Small brave actions that build real momentum
More follow-through, less stalling
Students learn confidence is built, not "born"

THE METHOD
Three steps. One repeatable system, forever.
Fear, nerves, and doubt get to exist without running the show. No shame. No pretending. Just honesty and control.
Students spot the story in their head that's keeping them stuck. Most of the time, it's not the moment… it's the meaning being attached to it.
One brave, clear step gets picked and done. Not someday. Not "when ready." Real action, right now.

PROOF IT WORKS
BEFORE
Avoided reaching out to a high-level client because it didn't feel "good enough."
AFTER
Sent the email during the session, got a call back right away, and booked the next step. Momentum finally started.
BEFORE
Put off a major training because of fear around time and money.
AFTER
Signed up during the fear-to-action part of the session, paid the deposit, and started the next Monday.
BEFORE
Wanted to ask someone to a dance but froze up and overthought everything.
AFTER
Left with a clear plan and a real deadline to take the step that weekend.
"What a powerhouse! Ashlee has consistently moved and motivated our groups, no matter the diversity or topic. She is ALL the things- humorous, insightful, accurate--and so generous in her shared takeaways. Audiences know exactly how to move forward and are excited to do it! A must-have."
- CONNIE SOKOL
NATIONAL SPEAKER, BESTSELLING AUTHOR, PODCAST HOST, & TV PERSONALITY
"I had Ashlee speak at my Healthy Habits Boot Camp and she knocked it out of the park. She has a way of motivating with great stories, but a gentle approach that makes you want to be better and actually feel like you can do it. She is very clear and inspirational. So grateful for her helping motivate the women to be better one goal at a time."
- SUZY ROBERTSON
FOUNDER, LEARN TO COOK HEALTHY
"Wow! Ashlee gave an incredible presentation. Our attendees were so excited, and we have received very positive feedback. They felt her energy and she was so relatable! Most importantly, she validated them and gave them actionable steps to take!"
- ANGELA MEYERS
NON-PROFIT FOUNDER & EDUCATION CHAIRMEN, NATIONAL BOARD AMERICAN MOTHERS INC.
"Ashlee spoke at my retreat and engaged and connected with the audience. She was genuine and authentic, offering practical, useful tools you can immediately incorporate. I walked away inspired and motivated to set and reach new personal goals."

THE PROMISE
Within 45 minutes, students will identify a real area of fear in leadership and take a
clear, intentional step toward action, or I'll continue working with them for free until it is achieved.

THE PROMISE
Within 45 minutes, students will identify a real area of fear in leadership and take a clear, intentional step toward action,
or I'll continue working with them

MY STORY
On the outside, it looked like confidence. On the inside, it felt like pressure, overthinking, and this quiet fear that maybe I
wasn't good enough to lead.
I kept thinking confidence would finally show up later. After more wins. After more experience. After more "proof."
It didn't.
Even as my speaking career grew, the same patterns still tried to run my life. Hesitation. Procrastination. Worrying what people would think.
So I got curious and started interviewing leaders. Entrepreneurs. Executives. High performers. Over 100 of them.
I expected to hear time management tips and strategy talk. But almost every answer pointed to one thing:

Fear.
Fear of failing. Fear of judgment. Fear of not being enough.
That's when it clicked: if high-performing adults still struggle with fear, then fear isn't a "kid problem." It's a human problem. And most people never learn what to do with it.
Students are taught how to run meetings and plan events. But nobody teaches what to do when fear shows up right before a hard conversation, a big decision, or a bold idea.
So I stopped trying to eliminate fear and built a simple system to move through it.
That system became A³: Allow, Attention, Action.
This is a repeatable way to notice fear, understand it, and take one brave step anyway.
And when students practice that, confidence starts to grow for real.
No student leader should think fear means failure.
Fear is normal. The skill is learning how to lead with it.

No more "They seem confident, but they're secretly spiraling"
No more procrastinating on big goals because fear feels awful
No more avoiding hard conversations and hoping things fix themselves

A few months from now, there are only two paths:
Student leaders are taking brave action, speaking up, and following through…
Or they're still stuck in the same loop, overthinking everything and wondering why leadership feels so heavy.
Fear does not disappear with age.
Without a system, it usually just gets quieter, then stronger, then permanent.
Why let that pattern grow roots?

FAQ
Is this just another motivational talk?
No. Motivation fades fast. A³ is a system. Students practice the method during the session, then leave with a tool they can use again and again.
What if students are shy, nervous, or dealing with self-doubt?
Perfect. That's the point. A³ teaches that fear is normal, and it's not a stop sign. Students start with one small brave step, not some giant scary leap.
What's included and what happens after the session?
The experience is done-with-you in the room, and students leave with a guided worksheet and a physical reminder coin. There's also an optional 30-day "Practice Fear Away" workbook for deeper ongoing practice.
Give your student leaders a system that works — in real time, under real pressure.
